Arrested at Lockheed Martin (again), and now Paul’s an outlaw.

On August 6, Hiroshima Day, I (Paul) walked onto the grounds of Lockheed Martin, the world’s largest war profiteer, to ask employees to reconsider their working on nuclear-related systems that, instead of obliterating whole cities and killing 100,000 people at a time as in August 1945, could potentially obliterate the whole world and kill billions. Cultural Orientation Professional Development Workshop

I attended a two-day workshop on February 24 and 25, 2009, on cultural and community orientation for refugees resettling in the U.S. The workshop was facilitated by the Cultural Orientation Resource Center of the Center for Applied Linguistics in Washington, DC, and was held at HIAS and Council offices here in Philadelphia.
